Join us for 5 nights / 6 days in Catalunya’s Costa Brava in Spain.
You’re invited to discover the wild serenity of Costa Brava, meaning “rugged coast.” This majestic piece of Spain’s Mediterranean coastline stretches from the France-Spain border, south towards Barcelona. The region is well-loved for its picturesque Medieval-era towns, beautiful rolling hills and gorgeous beaches, and is the perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
During our retreat week, you will deepen your connection to your senses in the excellent company of like-minded friends. Rest, reset, and nourish yourself in the haven of our boutique seaside resort while you enjoy daily yoga practices with Devon & Juliette.

Sample Itinerary - An overview of what your days in Costa Brava will look like

Sunday - Arrival Day
Arrival in Barcelona - shuttle provided to Hotel Sa Punta
1:00pm - Arrival at Hotel Sa Punta and Lunch
5:00pm - Opening Circle
7:30pm - Dinner

Monday - Coastal Hike
8am - Morning Practice
9:30am - Breakfast
12:00pm - Depart for Coastal Hike
2:00pm - Tapas on the Beach
5:30pm - Afternoon Practice
7:30pm - Dinner

Tuesday - Free Day
8am - Morning Practice
9:30am - Breakfast
FREE TIME - Explore nearby Begur, relax down by the Mediterranean, venture out on more walking trails.
5:30pm - Afternoon Practice
7:30pm - Dinner

Wednesday - Girona Tour + Dali Museum in Figueres
8am - Breakfast
9am - Leave for Girona, including a tour of the old city, included lunch, and then on to Figueres to visit the Dali Museum
2:30pm - Scheduled entrance to the Dali Museum
4:30pm - Return to Sa Punta
5:30pm - Evening Practice
7:30pm -  Dinner

Thursday - Visit to Pals + Wine Cellar Tour 
8am - Morning Practice
9:30am - Breakfast
12:30pm - Depart for Guided Tour of Pals + Wine Cellar Tour and Tasting
5:30pm - Afternoon Practice
7:30pm - Dinner

Friday - Return to Barcelona
Breakfast & return transfer to Barcelona depends upon the departure flight times.
